muffler question on my 5.4
I'm just going to swap the muffler and tip this weekend I have a buddy that does good work and a shop so I was going to **** just throw on a flowmasters. I just don;t know which to get I dont wanna be obnoxious or anything or annoying on the highway. neighbor had flows on his 5.4 just not sure and havent got around to ask him what hes got yet it just nice and low rumble

flowmasters are annoying as hell on the highway. they have a resonance at the 2,000 to 2,500 rpm range
My Durango with the Hemi gives me a headache when in those RPM's on the highway. it does sound damn good though. just very loud

oh and i bought two 50 series flows and dumped them before the axle.. sounds really good and when you let off almost sounds stock so its a good mix of mean and lean.. go for it! (true dual)

Get you an OBX muffler. I love mine to death. Great throaty tone and you dont lose any performance. Theyre really cheap too. Paid 60 bucks for a di/do stainless. And this is coming from a guy who has had 5 exhaust systems

well, awhile back, he asked what people thought of the mirrors...it kind of snowballed from there. not many people like those mirrors. and he usually gets some crap about it periodically...
