I personally would never lower a truck, but I do think they look great lowered. Other than the fact that a 4x2 already sits lower from the factory and is easier to lower than a 4x4, I see no reason why it would make a difference to anyone. To each his own. I like the fact that these trucks are like a blank canvases when you buy them...just waiting for their owners to put their personal touches on them. I don't know what my truck says about me, but you can tell a lot about a truck owner just by looking at his truck. Good luck lowering the 4x4...and glad your mother didn't really abort you!

aw sorry for not writing back sooner i was suppose to receive emails about this thread and had forgot to check.

1. I already purchased the djm 3.5/5 drop awhile back but i had been working so much i haven't had a chance to put it on. but my concern was how much lower is the 2wd and why because i didnt want to do this drop and still be taller than a 2wd. and lastly i wanted to know if this is where i max out in dropping a 4wd f150 or would i still have the ability to do more?

2. The screenname. me and my brother actually came up with this name when i was really young and i was trying to learn how to play games online so he made this for me. i never had problems with it already being taken and it's always been kinda funny to see ppl's reactions to it. i hope no one is offended by it thats in no way my intention.

thanks everyone for their opinions and comments any help is always greatly appreciated!!

btw i just picked up another set of 24"s so when i got to throw them on ill be throwing this drop on it too. ill keep you guys posted!
