Nope, I've had 2 and they were both that same rusty color. Great little wussy dogs they are!

No I didnt do the upper spindle. I should have. I still have half a can of paint left over. The kit comes with a can of brake cleaner.

That looks DARN nice! 100x's better than before!

Good Job, I think Im going to have to do the same, just not sure if I want to do the "safe" black color, or be a little risky and try red, or blue, or maybe a silver looing color

My truck is that Grey Metalic color with black/billet rims

Just cant make up my mind.


But your's turned out very nice!

Great job on the brakes! I might have to do that to mine. Say, you all remember the post were a guy shined and polished up his calipers? Now that was cool.

I did the same thing with the same kit and LOVED the results on my F150.

I would suggest a can or two of Brake Kleen (I think?) it is a green pressurized can that clean the crap out of the rotors/calipers etc to remove the brake dust prior to paint.

Good work, looks great!
