BLACKOUT-FX4 is selling the center to a used HD grill - i've been wanting to make a lower for a while now... i won't need the whole thing, and was wondering if anyone wanted to go halves on it. i'll do your cutting if that's a concern

there's enough to make 2 grills - 2 bars each on the 04-05. on the 06-08 body style only 1 would fit without lookin goofy. there are 4 useable bars total. or i could split it up and do 2x 06-08's with the last 2.

i dont know.... to me it looks like only the top two bars are going to be able to be used to make the lower.

 

the middle 2 are the only ones not useable. the plastic is molded in with the emblem mount. the top 2 and bottom 2 are free all the way across, they just have to be cut out. see

 

figuring out how to connect them to the truck is going to be a trick, gonna have to fab some brackets

 

yep, especially for the 06-08's, there's nothin back there... with my 04 i can almost just zip tie it on i'll probably pull out the lower honeycomb and make a couple brackets to fit tho

 

mines bolted to the frame. Holds well. lol

I don't think you're going to have enough grille width to make more than one grille from looking at the pic of the grille compared to the lower opening.

 

PM me if your still looking for someone to do this with. I have a 2007 and I just ordered the HD grille and was thinking about how i wish they made a lower grille for it. so ill buy it if you make it for the 06-08. Just let me know
