Well, it's the natural oil from the skin that causes the bulbs to explode. Always wear clean gloves when handling the bulbs.

Sent my stuff in last month but havn't heard back from them. So, I'm assuming that I'm entered since they have the entry money and all. I'm only doing the Sat. thing though. I'm not doing the Friday setup/party thing since I'll have my 3 year old son with me this show.

My Silverstars have been in for a year, in my old truck then moved to my new truck. No problems, but then I didn't touch them when I was putting them in either.

from what i can tell you bought a kit that isnt wired with a relay ,you should also buy a hid relay harness because when you unlock your truck ,the headlights will flicker/strob like a disco inferno lol they do that cause when you unlock ,it only send the bulbs a small amount of juice and that small amount isnt enough to spark the hid's , but then again i could be wrong maybe they do have the relay harness

Well I bought the relays today but didn't have time to install yet. Still pondering about the radio. Anyone know of a better way to ground the lights? The said that can help. Other wise I need to wrap them in somthing. I have a billit antenna too. That might cause something.

I'll be there as early as I can. Probably soon after they open registration. I get to bring my 3 year old along for this one so it may take us a little longer to get there.

Called the head dog of the show today. If you signed up for the concourse judging it'll be inside. The open show non-concourse will be outside. I'll be outside.
