Got some 24's! Pics!

I picked up a new summer wheel setup! Once fall comes these will come off though since I do alot of hunting but it was too good of a deal to pass up! Only had time to go through the automatic wash so she looks like crap.

I got a question for you wheels guy....what should I use to clean the wheels? Im kind of confused because there is chrome and paint and woulnt polish ruin the paint? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

I had the same set and sold them, the lip is not chrome, it is polished, so use some non ammonia glass cleaner on them, then some polish for the lip. If you get anything on the lip, bugs or bird doody, or excessive brake dust, clean it off as soon as you can, that lip shows everything. Looks good!

big brakes are a necessity when you get a wheel that big, but then you'd never get your winter rims back on...unless you get 24" winter rims too. do it!

he can just upgrade with some bigger calipers, and add slotted/crossed drilled same size rotors..
or just some nice pads with the new rotors.

I think Im just going to paint my calipers black. I didnt even notice a difference from switching from my stock 20's to these! In face, I think these may even ride better!

I got them used for $1100. The wheels and tires are flawless and they only had like 2,000 miles on them! I could not pass up that deal.

Also, If anyone has any more tips on the best way to clean the wheels would be great!

Only use car soap and water to clean them with a dedicated mit for only the wheels. More than likely that lip is clear coated so do not use any polish on it. Just use a wheel wax like Poorboy's Wheel Sealant or a synthetic wax like Meguiars NXT or Meguiars #21.
