DuraFlap Mudflaps Installed - Good product, so-so service
whatever
to be honest, I could care less... cause I drove home in the rain tonight and yet I don't have dirt and sand all over the side of my truck... and why? because I have mudflaps. And in my (sometimes less than humble) opinion these are the best looking mudflaps I've seen so far.

FWIW I took the idea of your MF's and while I didn't add a complete mud flap I hacked up 2 new flat flaps from Auto zone and put them in the gap between the rear wheel and the bumper to keep all the dirt you speak of form filling up in my bumper, so far its works an is unnoticeable without really looking for it.
......
Sorry to say but you started the atacking when you took it like personal and responded to laekmarykid "...I didn't ask for your opinion..", which was a mistake from you.
You, just as him, have a different opinion and if you wanted to respond to him it should have been some elaboration about why chosing those mudflaps..., and not by telling back how ugly his and that.. stuff is..., you see? that's just naybe.
I personally don't like them either.., and because there are a lot of differents products I don't have to like all of them, we KNOW telling someone we don't like what they bought or install etc. is not like good news, but sometimes is just fine to say it, and more so and objective and honest response to the original poster so he knows is not something for the general taste, you should apreciate those comments just as the ones from the people who liked them.

wow... RMS8 "rolled his eyes sarastically" at me...
damn, what have I been doing with my life all these years. I'm going to take the afternoon off so I can go home and re-evaluate my life and try to start over fresh.
wait... no... thats right... I really don't care what a douchebag like Robert Szewczyk thinks about me because NEWSFLASH... he does not know me. He makes all his little assumptions about who I am based on the single fact that I know more about master cylinders than he does and I pointed out the many risks of his "miracle brake pedal fix". So yes Robert Szewczyk... I could care less of what you (and most others on this forum) think about me. I try to be helpful to others on these forums but if a couple people get pissed, so be it.
OK, rant over...
(lets see how long it takes bob to come back and reply with another stupid comment)
PS - glad we can keep some people entertained... I'm sure this will pull a few more popcorns in...

Wow, you really can't help but show your true colors each time.
I think I see this post being closed due to your apparent lack of pretty much everything civilized. Personal attacks, vulgar language.... Need I go on?
So 4 years later, thought this install report needed an update.
The original front F150 mud flaps were drill-less, just like the rear, but we had customers that worried there were not enough attachment points, and decided to add some extra screws for a more secure install. the drilling was thru the fenderwell liner, but not into the metal of the truck, so no new rust spots. Yes, when we re wrote the install directions the word drill-less was not changed to pre-drilled until mkosu04 alerted us of this problem.
In 2010 we finally were able to create an install system that was drill-less for the F150 with fenderwell flares, but there just is not a way of making a secure install without drilling into the fenderwell liner on the F150 without flares.

... and 4 years later the flaps are still working great.
They look pretty much the same as the day I installed them
And now I'm pulling a camper around on vacations so its more important to have them to help protect the camper from rocks and dirt.
But I have moved to a house without a dirt/sand alley so its not as important for keeping the truck clean.
All-in-all I'm glad I have them and would get them again.

I had to call the company to get the proper components mailed to me. The kit was missing some of the brackets.
Once they mailed me the brackets it was easy to install them.
