they are brighter than what showed up on my camera...not a whole lot but brighter and alot cleaner looking...sorry for the somewhat crappy pics...i can't figure out the night shot thing yet...

both bulbs are the same...the angle makes them look different color

you probably dont have to but i soaked mine in bleach for a few hours to remove about 90% of the chrome since i had some peeling and stuff on them and i figured it would adhere alot better this way...than sanded a little with 320 and 3 coats of krylon fusion gloss black let it dry overnight and sealed with rtv black sealant...

What type of paint did you use? High heat I hope. I figure it would bubble otherwise. Maybe someone with more knowledge will sound off if I am wrong though.

I think it looks cool for what it is but during the day it looks like you got a model without fogs. To the uninformed Ford person that is. Ya know, like my wifes Escape has the black plugs in the fog holes. That is what I mean. Not everyones black foglights can put out that kind of light though. Looks good.

thanks...no high heat...the bulbs produce alot of foward heat but not much side heat...plus the hids aren't as hot as the halogens...i guess only time will tell but i dont think it will be a problem...in the pics it might look like it has no fogs but in person they look alot better...plus ima do my headlight soon so itll all flow

I'd like to see how well those KC's do behind that Harley grill. I was thinking about putting a set behind mine, but with the big chrome bars on the grill I figured they'd reflect light all over the place...

Well dang. Ever since I did my headlights my fogs stick out like a sore thumb. But I didn't want to lose any light output on mine...but now you've got me thinking...I do want a bull bar with some lights...and some HID's...dang I can see me spending a lot of money here soon.

And no one is going to think they are plugs in my bright yellow bumper!
