Just a thought that I just had. Try putting 500-1000 lbs in the back of the truck for the next couple of days, just to see if the extra weight will help settle the springs alittle more or alittle faster.

I went and got 30 Cinder blocks, and put 20 of them in the bed and it brought it down to a level 50" front, 50" rear. Ill snag some pics of level while it lasts!
how long will I need to cruise with the weight before they settle out and i know what size block to buy?

Thing that gets me is - didn't thumper run this exact same setup and it was perfectly level? Seems to me the custom made you a 6" leaf pack.... Might wanna call dever and see if they remember making it.
