Can you give us some directions and ideas to go about filling in the space between the console and dash like you did??

Just did this mod but have not filled the gap yet.. Went to SD today and drove to like literally 30 junk yards looking for some dash pieces... Nothing

I found 1 FX4 but it had a guard rail going through the engine bay, through the firewall, into the cab and pierced through the passenger seat. As it came through the dash it cracked and broke everything... So that one was no good...

Need an idea/directions on how to fill the gap!! Hook it up man!

Where did you get the console from?
do you have any instructions for the install or the thing you made to fill the gap between the dash and console?

Am I blind or can I faintly see where it used to be. Still, I wish I were such a pimp.

No you are not blind. Yes you can still see where it used to be for some reason. But hey it was my first time playing with that stuff. I am planing on rebuilding the piece that goes up to the dash using the same stuff I filled the hole in with. Just need to find the time to do it.

It takes some skill to get that stuff perfectly flat. You can only see it because we all know where to look and that there should be a hole there. I'd bet someone not so savvy would never even think twice about it.

This is what I used. I bought it at Wal-Mart.
