sunk my fx4 f'd it up
Did you unplug everything like we were telling you? Did you disconnect the battery for about 5 minutes to clear any codes? Do you know anyone that has an EDGE Tuner that could clear out any codes that could not be done with disconnecting the battery?

Take it to a GOOD shop. The older scan tools won't read the 2004+ fords. The newer SnapOn MOBIS can read it. Depending on what the codes are you might just want to sell it.
If you take it to the dealer and they void the warrenty you're stuck with a few thousand in repairs. If they void the warrenty and you sell it without disclosing the void warrenty the buyer can sue you.

i dont know what should or should not be covered under warranty but if its something as simple as a wiring harness I dont think it will affect the price of your next car, so it shouldnt really bother you I know I'm not gonna get a neww carpet and thats fine. the truck should be able to get wet and still work properly dont give me s**t because you bought a off road truck and its a pavement pounder
