New upholstery!!
Ill try to get some more pics of the amps installed. Right now everything is back in the truck except the back of the rear seat. Im still trying to dial in the right settings for the components and coaxials.
The only thing I did to tell that the fatmat worked was I got out of the truck with the music on loud and closed the door. Also the engine and exhaust are quieter from inside the cab. I havent driven the truck yet so Im not sure about road noise or anything else. Ill drive it tonight.
Would I do it again? Probably. It was a LOT of work but worth it in the end.
If anyone is interested **100 square feet only covered the floor, rear wall, and outside of the doors. all in one layer. in a supercab**
I did have a bit of trouble with the 6.5" speakers. mainly the tweenters. I ended up trimming out the door so the tweeters lay completely flat and glued in the cups. I also took off the covers on the tweeters so they would fit better. It ended up turning out good. I will try to get some pics with the door speaker grills off.
Does anyone know if these speakers need to be broken in?

Hope this helps bro...

"Four year's worth of "breaking in" hadn't affected the system to any significant degree."

I ran out of fatmat before I could do the interior of the doors
. So I just did the exterior.

thanks. No I didnt by the box I just recarpeted it with black. The box was only $100 on ebay and the carpet was like $20. So that seemed like the best deal and it works well except it sticks out about an inch or two from the seat. There is room for it to move back but the seats are just too low. So I will either mod the box a little or lift the seats. But either way i probably wont do that for awhile.
I just got the back part of the back seat in. I had to move the ED amp over about an inch and a little bit of swearing for it to fit but its in now

looks great, i really wanna do this but I am just not sure I wanna tear everything up. What do you mean you did the outside of the doors?
If I understand right. you mean you put fatmat on the actual door inside the door and then on the inside of the panel?
