Hunting Trip **NEW PICS**

We took the trucks out to do a little hunting in Macclenny this weekend and took some pics. This is my white truck and minitubebeast's truck is the black one. We had fun and killed a 3pt. not too big but not bad for the first weekend we went up. Enjoy!

Here she is before we got a little dirty...

One more clean one!!

A little dirty..

Right after we killed the deer...trying not to block the road..

Got a few more below...

Some more..

Mud..

I got stuck in some massive ruts...tires pull great, but they gotta be on the ground!!

Here's a pic of my buddies foot in the rut right past behind where i was stuck...I only made it about 10 feet past this and it got deep enough to put my axles and frame on the ground...Warn 9000i winch got me out though!!

Yeah we had fun, the suspension lift is coming trust me...just gotta get done with school first!! The winch was ran by the guy in the blue 03 f150 with the red cooler on the right side of this picture. No pics of the winch though. He's got a pretty good setup for riding out there. Gears, winch, fx4, buckshots, he's the man to call around there if you're stuck!

That Samurai up there on the left also has a winch but am not sure he would have had enough weight to get me out...

3 pointer is much better than I have gotten so far this year...

Having to put off hunting season until next year...

Don't knock the Sammy. I knew a guy with his head on kinda loose with an old Sammy that yanked my old CJ-7 out of frame deep goo, whipped around, and jerked out the old GMC 1 ton that was trying to get me out, and both like we were on dry pavement. That nutcase just got a running start at it was all...

Older and wiser says do NOT do that again though...

3 F150s on the right side of the road, 1 in the middle, 1 on the left. 1 GM truck of some sort on the left, 1 Sammy, 1 Nissan, and 1 Jeep...

Yep, sounds about right to me!

Yeah it was a great time...that is in Osceola near taylor. In between 250 and 277. We had an awesome time and can't wait to get back up there...probably a week or so.

That Sammy was awesome I just wasn't sure if he'd be able to pull me, but probably could have...didn't even ask him, just went on to the ford!!

Hopefully we can jump that big deer again! Will let yall know.

he would have gotten his butt dragged into the ditch with you. that thing might weigh all of 2000 lbs compared to your nearly 6000 lbs...would've been funny to get a video of though

I like the way your tires look...does the inner side of the tire contact the upper control arm in the front? I really want some 35" mudders but I don't have the $$$ for new rims also

You CAN fit 35s with a leveling kit and stock rims, IF you go with an aftermarket wheel afterwards, make sure you CAREFULLY chose your size and backspacing. The 305/70R17s are as big as I can go levelled with my rims...

As far as suspension lift goes, I think an 8" lift with 37s would have still gotten him stuck. That is one SERIOUSLY deep rut. My Jeep MIGHT have made it out by clawing up the side of the rut, but that is an awfully big maybe... Most likely not.

Sounds like a good weekend.

Congrats on getting the 3 pt.!

I went in October during archery season but didn't get anything; and it was still hot as heck. Hope to go with a gun in a few weeks.
