Annoying Rattle

I have a 2004 F150 4x4 and i have this annoying rattle sounds like its coming underneath the driver's seat and it only rattles when i am going slow over bumps anyone else experiencing this issue? i am thinking it may have something to do with the steering column but i am not sure

Check up under the passanger seat. I know on mine there are two quick electical quick connects and one bounces when I hit small bumps and makes a high pitch chirp. I used velcro on the frame and the quick connect(to be able to loosen at later date if needed) and all is well.

I have a Screw by the way.
