OEM FX4 Grille

Where can i find one for a decent price..........the guy i bought my truck from threw it out when he replaced it and i hate chrome

Keep an eye on ebay, you'll surely find an oem there or visit your local wrecking yard. With the number of F150's out there, you'll surely find 1 or 2 that have been totalled.

Yeah, just gotta hope that they were totalled anywhere but the front

Assuming he kept the original surround, the FX-4, XL, STX H bar style black grille insert is findable on Ebay. I paid like $55.00 for mine after shipping. (I REALLY didn't like the Honeycomb look).

Yeah thats something im gonna have to check out.........because he said that he cut it out to install the billet grill.....

What do i have to look for to see if it is able to be installed

Check SalFx4 's gallery. There was a silver FX4 in there that had one painted. Not sure who did the work but he may be able to help get us started or at least give you a look..If I remember correct they painted the bars and the back honeycomb...I only want to do the bars.

i had a shop paint mine. he just layed the paint on thick to get rid of the bumps but it ran underneath so he only charged me 20 bucks, i tried rattle cans they dont work

pics? i was thinking this would look good with the FX4 surround and the billet inserts.
