I'm finally finished with my truck..

.. for the time being!

I finally got the ***** to order the Kings and I got them today at around 7:00 PM and put them on tonight by about 9:30 PM. The first side was a pain in the butt to do but the second side went much smoother. It's actually a lot harder to get the res. through the hole in the shock tower bucket than it would seem considering you're holding a 45 lbs coilover at a weird angle while trying to do something else. LOL. I ended up going out for a little late night run down a trail by my house, the Kings impressed me more than I was expecting. Handles pretty damn good for a 6000+ lbs truck. I also got my Powerslots and Hawk pads on the truck about a week ago. I ended up painting the calipers Black as well. The truck stops MUCH better and virtually no brake dust and NO noise.

Here are some crappy pictures, I'll be posting better ones once I get it cleaned up.

Yup, I'm working two jobs right now.

Nope, I'm going to wait until I pay off my truck before I do anything. I think.

Looks good Thumper! What hawk pads did you go with. I plan on doing the brakes not too long after the lift, and am going to do pretty much the same setup. Also, how involved was painting the calipers? Im going to do this when I do my brakes but havent looked into it too much yet. .

I know the Camburgs run about 550.00, the ones from Total Chaos cost around 700.00

Looks great Thump. I just had to ship a set out so I hear you on the 40lb a piece coilovers, they're monsters. To keep them shiney tire shine works great! Looking forward to the daytime pics.
