Question What type of rebates are usually offered during december?

Do any special rebates come out during the end of the year? If I order my Single Cab FX2, it wont be here until the first or second week of December, and my dealer will only count the current rebates. Problem is, I can afford the truck with this month's current rebates (two for at total of $2500 off - along with the 2200 off the dealer is giving me, which means $4700 off total), but without them it's going to be harder to afford. I was wondering if I pull the trigger and order, how good of a chance is there that December will have comparable rebates?

Not sure where you live at, or if it matters, but I picked up my '07 Screw XLT last December (Dec. 31 to be exact) and I got a wad of rebates. They totalled about $7,000, which helped cover a massive chunk of my combined negative equity for the two cars I was trading in. Also, I don't know if certain rebates cover only certain trims, but I don't see why it would. For instance, you might not be able to get rebates on a HD F-150.

Im pretty sure there will be better rebates but you have to hope they still have the truck you want in stock.

There's a certain time of the year where at Boggus Ford they take off $10,000 off on all FX4's (later models, ex. 2007) . I could always ask my dad when that is. You don't have to qualify for the rebate or anything 10k off all FX4's. Which means you can't build your own truck to your specs. Try to find someone that'll give you a pin number for an X-Plan. If you can't find one here https://www.f150online.com/forums/truck-pricing-53/ try http://www.blueovalforums.com/forums...p?showforum=45 GOOD LUCK!

I don't know but try to get an X-plan pin somehow. A few members here have given them out in the past. I bought my 05 in Jan.06. Selection was limited but Ford had a 4K factory rebate and 1K Ford finance rebate plus the 5K X-plan =10K. I was still able to neg a couple thousand more off with some accessories I added but I was limited to a white truck with the options I wanted.

It doesn't matter where you do your financing for the X-plan discount. In my case Ford was giving an extra rebate of 1K for using Ford motor credit. If you ask I think somebody should be able to help you get a pin.

I got my 06 XLT S-Cab on 12/23/06, $31,200 sticker, with z-plan price was $27K and with rebates of $6,500 it brought down to $20,800.

Also, remember some states charge the dealers an inventory tax, so they like to get stock off of the lot before the end on the year.

Whenever I've ordered a vehicle, I'm guaranteed the current rebates and if the rebates are better when the vehicle comes in, I get those, but it can never be less than what's currently available when ordered. I just assumed that's how all dealers were.
