im at 76k with the stockers.....i have used 100% shell reg for the first year and premium the second year(cuz of the xcal2) regular oil changes every 3-5k miles and i live in the booneys so all my trips are long, only down side is i drive like a pissed off teenager, im pleanty capable of puling plugs just kinda scared of breaking one with my high miles

ok ok you win. You want the Mobil 1 when I drain it next? I change it every 3k miles.
SInce I don't put that many miles on my truck (16 MOS. old now and 8500 miles on it) At what point should I be thinking about changing my plugs so that I don't run into this dreaded plug issue????

Wait, I need to change the oil in my lawnmower, go ahead and send a jug of it.

and then went back to a company car. I've only put 10k on it the last 2 years...all highway pleasure use. If you are keeping up on the maintenance and using good gas you should be fine. I just wanted to get the originals out early to see their condition and to get new ones in with the anti sieze on them. I probably will let these new ones go longer. Just my .02
