Wrench007-Where did you get the diagram from? Is this from a book or a disk?

Kieth, I have the 2004-2005 Service information DVD from ford. I got it off e-bay for 10 bucks. Only problem is that I have to set my computer back to 2004, no biggie, works great. Take care

For the rears make sure you dont have the ebrake on. Nothing more frustrating than hammering on it for an hour only to realize that it is the ebrake holding the thing on.

Mine were rusted on. 5 lbs sledge hammer and about 1/2 hr each side in the backs. The fronts came right off.

Pm

Y'all need to do some preventative maintenance.

Before reinstalling rotors apply a very thin coating of hi-temp anti-seize to the hubs ( around but not on, the studs). I repeat - a VERY thin coat - you don't want this stuff migrating onto your rotor surfaces lol.

No more stuck hubs - ever.

Ideally, you should do this asap when the truck is new, no later than, say, your first tire rotation.

One less problem down the road - you could say it's along the same vein as popping out your plugs when still new to apply hi-temp nickel AS.

'Course this only applies to folks who can actually spell PM

Yes, I did.

Because my old 2000 had stuck rotors.

I learned from my mistakes - what's wrong with passing that along?

BTW - I did the plug thing, too.

Believe what you wish .... do not care.

No - not really. Why would you think otherwise?

It's important that you care. It's what makes you, well, you!

I care!

Well - the only thing I care about is, my AssClown detector is on the fritz again.

It should have picked up on this latest AC who, instead of just taking (or leaving) hard-won good advice in the positive manner for which it was intended, decided on a banal retort.

Damn windoze software.
