Safe to tow with rear bumper?

Take this either way...I was going out to the desert and I saw a F150 towing a weekend warrior with only his bumper. I do know if you look under the bunmper there is a huge bracket going from framerail to framerail. I think you should be fine.

You should be fine I towed with the bumper on my old truck stay within the limits you should be fine.
