Hmmm... must not have measured any IAT's lately, since what you just posted is BS at any reasonable speed.

Go do some data collection instead of daydreaming, then post back, okay?

Also - measured / established / witnessed / irrefutable fact: the Volant LIES DOWN above 4,000 rpm. Period. Being in denial changes this fact not a whit.

I remember you, buckwheat - everything is different in Florida, where TB spacers really work and you dyno @ 270rwhp LOL!

So good to see you haven't learned a thing since then.

Not to change the subject, but what intake is it that is designed to work with the Keystone ram air hood?

Oilless Filter Intakes:
Outlaw Power's NeverOil
AEM's DryFlow
AFE's ProDry

I would go for the Outlaw Power (If you like Oilless filter) or Banks Power (if you like Oiled filter)

Outlaw Power's intake is a closed system. See how it protects the filter from mud: www.outlawpower.com/productdetail.php?sc=1486

The dyno is in the above link too. It shows Outlaw Power vs Stock vs Volant.

TB spacer paperweight sounds kool to me, sory that I have the money to WASTE on it.. you guys are talking about dyno that volant loses power, im talking about 0-120mph on the street and see whoes gonna win, of corse sittin on a dyno with no wind being pushed through the sealed airbox is gonna make it choke but when ur doing 40mph+ and you have air being froced though the front mount ram air its not choking,, at least with me and my buddies 5.4 with volant, like we talked about befor their has been FL people on here to confrim that I have a quick truck, all im saying is that MY truck does NOT lose ANY power after 4k cause to be honest with you I only have magnaflow volant w ram air sct n tb spacer and 3.55 gears and about 70-90mph 3700 to 5200 (no choke) is where i pull mostly all truck n some cars.. Mike troyer is u guys idol thats why VMP down here in florida laughs at them,, sorry you cant do it like us southern boys... this is to MGNFAN whichs loves to run his mouth.. fu@k the dyno bring it to the street dont be scared of going over 45mph old man

really? you just defended thumper in a odd way, when he is bashing you also, and makes fun of you.

when me and thump have similar tastes and trucks....he has more things than me...and i have some different things then him. me and thump have talked about trucks nad parts were getting since the beginning.

also lesson learned: dont try to be a badass or hard talker and what not online.
