Yeah my 150 is much better than my dodge Dakota. Just the 150 carries alot of weight and once that rear end slides out it is harder to bring back under control than the dakota was

I used to have a regular cab Dodge truck, and the back end on that would whip out on you in a heartbeat if you weren't used to it, but this Supercrew I have now doesn't seem to be nearly as bad. It has happened to me once on an icey road, but I think that because of the extra weight on the back axle, especially with it being a supercrew which has that much extra weight in the back end with the extra doors and larger body and cab area, the tendancy to fishtail isn't as predominant.

I spent 5 years in Columbus (GO BUCKS!) and it barely even snowed there. Try living in Northern Ohio or Northern Indiana with only a 2-wheel drive truck. Especially if the city you live in really really sucks at plowing snow.

Like Moltenice found out - if I need to accelerate hard in the rain to merge or something I generally throw it in 4WD.
lol exactly, I think I had to drive in the snow a whole 3 days last year..... its kinda fun passing all you 4wd guys in a lowered 2wd truck on 22's

You wouldn't get anywhere in the Sierra, least when it's snowing... usually 7 months of the year.
