Nice looking truck! I may be wrong, but I think that one was listed on Ebay? If that's not the one, there was one almost identical that I spent a lot of time looking at....and thought hard about buying!

Welcome to the site, and be prepared to empty your wallet with aftermarket mod's. This site can help a ton, of fixing and finding out stuff, BUT it makes it extremely hard not to do a lot of the mod's these other member's have done!

GoodLuck, with the new purchase!

But, to find your rear end find the axle code on the door-sticker and google the code for the F150.
Probably 373 LS though.

Otherwise, it's most likely just a regular FX4 with or without leather.
5.4l V8, fogs, 4x4, and anything else that is obvious
Thanks for the reply CrAz3D. I will look, when i get it. It is having all the fluids and brakes done at the moment.

I liked the truck 100%, I have an 04 Screw (2wd) as we speak with a little over 66,000miles. My wifes lease a the Pontiac G6. The lease runs out pretty soon. (She has fallen in-love with my F150) Another GM Girl, Converted into a Ford Woman! (Sad thing is that her dad actually sells GM's..lol)

Long story short, my trucks about paid for and I plan on giving it to her. These new style trucks are the safest out on the rd...IMO...and I want her in it, esp while she's preg.

I just decided to hold off and wait till the "NEW" New Style comes out with a possible 6sp Tranny, and maybe the diesel, or Boss motor. Just wanna wait and see what Ford does next!! Besides it's still a few more months before the G6 is out of lease. So I can atleast keep my silver beauty for a few more months. My wifes a typical woman... She only knows 2throttle positions. IDLE & WIDE *** OPEN!!

Know of any good threads on "Where to start" on some mods. Lift and tries are a must. What is a good leveler?

I got the Daystar kit installed on my truck for $250. Lots of people have the autospring kit that they put on themselves. I wanted it done professionally, so I paid for the install. It all depends on what you are comfortable with. Standard mod list includes:
Intake
Exhaust
Tires/Rims
Various Appearance Products
Tuner

I'm going for the stereo upgrade next, then probably a Edge programmer or an XCal.....We will see

How many miles do you have on the truck? You may wanna just roll on what you have at the moment. Pending you mileage and the shape of your coil overs you may wanna replace with some Rancho/Bilstein Shocks that have the Leveling option also. (2 birds with one stone)

Definitely look into a custom tune, and intake. Maybe some 4.10's for the rear if it doesnt already have it (pending what size tire you decide to go with after a lift..ect..ect)

Tuner's.... Custom Tune from Mike Troyer, and the EDGE are about the 2 most mentioned and used on the board. Do a search and you can easily find the pro's and con's of both. Search will help with the "leveling kits" "Shocks" and a ton of other stuff.

Just a friendly tip, There are a few d*ck heads on the site who'll flame you for asking a question if it's been asked before. So check the "search" before posting anything, or take my attitude/outlook about it....@#$%^&*!@#$%^ those guys!
