Painted Stock Fender Flares?

I'm sick of my FX4 fender flares and I want to put some stock painted flares such as the lariat's on my truck. What are my options? I haven't seen any DSG lariats so I don't know where to find these flares.

I'm in the same boat. I have a FX4 w/ the 2-tone DSG and I don't really care for the way the fender flares match the DSG color; they kind of clash a little.

I'll probably end up buying some off eBay and having them painted.

What about this Dark Shadow Gray on the Mark LT, does that one match ours?

IMO, your better off getting the Lariat flares rather than painting the plastic one's. I found a set of Lariat flares on Ebay and had to have them PTM.

The one thing to keep in mind is, the flares when ordered from the dealer will come ready to paint. Not color matched. These will need to be painted any way. So if you can find some on Ebay, it will probably be cheaper.

I found a set on ebay and had them painted to match. Definately worth it.

For those who found the flares on ebay how much did you end up getting a set for, and how much did you pay to have them painted?

Your fender flares are painted DSG or textured like our mirrors?

I paid $200 for some black lariat flares on ebay.Fortunately I didn't need to get them painted.I think there are some on ebay now for less $$ than I paid.

No mine are just like yours... textured, but IMO if you get the 2-tone DSG you should also get painted DSG fender flares.

I'm interested in this too. I think the painted flares look much better. With my color setup the plastic looks bad becuase it is starting to fade. DSG lariat flares is what I would be looking for. Or at least some PTM.
