Are your 3rd brake light Leds working? I have tried two different ones, and neither one of them is working for me.

I've got them and think they actually add to the looks of the truck, very bright and fast to illuminate. The only minor issue is the third brake light has a tendancy to dimly glow when the hazards are on along with the running lights. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with Hella's light output and known quality. Been running this setup since last December.

Yes they do add looks to the truck I never had an issue with the 3rd brake lite Are you using your oem ,hella ,or another after market 3rd brake lite?

No, using the Hella kit that includes the third brake light. At night, start your truck and turn on your headlights and hazards. Go back and take a close look at your third brake light and see if half of the LED's are dimly lit. Let me know what you find out, maybe mine is faulty.

I just check my Hellas with the hazards on and only the drivers side half of the 3rd brake light came on, and that was with the ignition on. I know that the oem Lightnings led 3rd brake lights would stay dim when the hazards were on.

I agree with you that the mini lump on the lamps add to the looks, not tacky or ricey at all.

Here you can kinda see the lumps in these pix.
