Well, in the commercial on their website and the documentation, it shows a person standing/laying on it. Although in the instructions it specifically prohibits someone getting on top of it. As far as leaks, haven't had it long enough yet to know. It seems that it is pretty tight all around, but they do not claim that it is water tight. So we'll have to see...

Has anyone installed a Retrax with a spray in bed liner? I know the bed liner only goes up to the rail caps so it shouldn't interfere. I just want to know before I order mine and it will not fit 'cause I have a spray in bed liner.

Also, can anyone get a shot of the cover from above?

TIA

Later...
Bruce

My bed liner is Line-X. No problems at all. I think those that have drop in liners have issues... needs cut up by the cab according to the instructions.

Had my retrax for 3.5 years/125,000m now. It may support 185lbs in man form, but I wouldn't try it. But I have seen it support @ 3ft deep soaking wet snow that brought roofs down all over town. I still love mine as when new. I'd totally buy again.

I know I am sold on it! Gives you the protection of a hard tonneau yet allows you to roll it up out of the way to get in the bed like a soft tonneau.
Yeah, the cannister may take up some room, but I've never been one to haul a bunch of stuff in the bed anyways.
