Hey RP,
I had the Kleen wheels on my 03 Screw and never had a problem with overheating, KW says that they even "help" with brake cooling by using the small fin vents stamped in the metal.
BTW I never had a problem with grime getting between the KW and the wheel itself, about once a year I would take my wheels off and clean behind the shield, when you remove it the difference is night and day, a very distinct line between the clean and dirty side or as Vader my call it the dark side.

Thanks WW... great info. I'm fairly at ease with them thusfar... so far, so good.

These are the ones sold on the F150 Store (Moss Motors) or another brand?

Yes, they sell them, but I would not buy anything from them, they're way overpriced on everything. Just google KLEEN WHEELS and then pick who you want to buy from. You should not have to pay more than $40 a pair, and they only make them for OEM wheels.

Am I reading it wrong, it looks like they are $29.99 at Moss Motors? Maybe they carry a cheaper model?

Kleen Wheels = Kleen Wheels... they're patented and thus, if you're seeing something that is touting itself as a Kleen Wheels product, I'd be willing to bet that you're looking at the real thing.

They make them for individual OEM Wheel Styles (I got the 18" KR wheel version) so, order accordingly.

I looked at the Moss motors catalog, and yes they are on sale for $29.99, but I noticed that it did not specify if they were Kleen Wheels brand or not. They just call them brake dust shields. I.D.K. I would buy them, if they had some for my wheels, they are only just aluminum discs painted black, they don't have to have the kleen wheels name. Would you spend 65 large to buy an escalade when under all that bling it's just a damn tahoe? No need to buy the KW branded ones unless you want to. I, myself have never seen them for less than 35 a pair, but someone like Moss having them on sale for 30 is possible. If they have them for your wheels, go for it, they probably are the real thing, it's just not specified in the moss catalog.
