Sheet metal screws (included in kit) through the center of the clips. Obscured in the photo by the flashlight.

The hair and what not is really bad in there, I have almost no time to vaccum it out anymore. You should see between my seat and the console

I picked up a set at my local hardware store, but from what I've seen..most places that sell Maglites will sell the mouning clips.

I mounted mine on the drivers side of the seat instead of the front. Get the thumbs up all the time.
You can get 'em here: http://www.amazon.com/Instrument-ASX.../dp/B00002N9ER

Got any pic's? I'm doing this mod in the next couple of days and like the idea of the light being reachable from the drivers seat.
