I have a f150 truck bed, was that a long bed or a short bed,I have one in black , off a 04 f150 supercrew that I am buying back from my insurance. Mine has front end damage, but im debating fixing it or parting it out

 

I saw your truck today at the Infomart. Hard to believe that's $7k worth of damage! Obviously you know the kid better then we do and if he generally pays attention and this was a fluke or if this was destined to happen. Sucks either way.

 

wingman, it's a long bed 6.5'. the insurance company called me today and said the preliminary estimate approved is $5500. once the repair shop gets into the work, they should approve the remainder. but the adjuster should be done setting this up tomorrow.

the kid seemed genuine when i was talking to him. he felt really bad b/c i had just detailed it, and it looked pretty clean.
