Do you have a limited slip rear diff? If so then it's a shudder caused by the clutch pack, there is a TSB on this that calls for a new clutch pack. I had the same issue with my truck the new pack fixed it.
Drive your truck in a tight circle, if you feel sort of a "shuttering" in the rear end, then it is your clutch packs. I had mine replaced under warranty also. Mine also shuttered during initial take off. It is something you should have Ford fix under warranty.
I know its not my wheel bearings or ball joints......
mine does shutter when i turn....from a stop...also sometimes when i take off strait from a stop....i might have to call ford.

otherwise i will just take it in to ford to have them do what they need to do

That way if it doesn't there's no way they can come back and claim that it was your addition of modifier that caused your problems.

I am having the same problem. I am taking mine in on wensday to have it looked at. They told me if the problem was with the clutch pack then they would have to order the parts and it may take as long as a month to get them in. There is another dealership right around the corner from my work so I think that I may stop by there and see if it would take them as long..
