2wd lift question

I currently have an '04 Lariat 5.4 Supercrew 2wd. I had planned on doing the 2" spacer up front to raise it up to level. Now after reading some posts here about adding the 4x4 blocks, I have a question. If I do the spacer and then add the blocks, what can I do to the front again to make it level with the addition of the blocks? Also what is the largest size tire I could run with this setup?

On my reg cab 2wd I put the 2" spacer in and it made the front end set up too high. So I bought a set of the 4x4 spacers and put them in. Now my truck sets perfect, its just a little higher in the rear than it is in the front (but not near as much rake as it had setting stock). I didnt do any before and after measuring but the factory 4x4 blocks dont lift the rear as much as the 2" AS lifts the front so the two together makes a nice combo.
