Pulling some weight

This morning i got a call from my uncle telling me that he needed help because he got his f-350 dually stuck in soft clay with a 35ft trailer loaded with metal. When i got there this morning at 5:30 i told him that he should tie a strap to the back axle of the trailer and i would pull him backwards because if he would drive forward it would get worse. The guys that were with him started laughing and saying that they was no way my truck would pull that thing out because the trailer was pretty good into the ground as well as the truck and i told them " it never hurts to try." Well I put the truck in drive and started off slowly and started pulling slowly because i was also on soft clay and my tires would start spinning. I got them off the clay and onto concrete road, everyone was amazed that i actually pulled it out. I knew all along that it could. Well I just wanted to share this with you to assure you that Ford makes some strong trucks oh and by the way my truck is stock when it comes to performance.

Throw it in 4 Lo and you can probably move 30-50K pounds slowly. I have towed lots of weight for short distances very slowly....

Fords do have alot of low end pulling power

I pulled a Excursion and a 35' TT (that was burried to the frame rails) out when I was in Pismo.

Why do people continue to make these claims with no photos for evidence? Yeah, I'm being negative (I have good reason since I don't like my truck anymore and will never own a Ford ever again after I trade this POS in) and what not but these stories are mostly delusions of grandeur without proof. I'm not buying it. Just like the guy who said he beat a F250 PSD with a 4.6. Utter BS...
