I finished covering the box with black carpet last night. All-in-All I put about 3 weeks worth of work in this thing since christmas. When I had time to spare.

yeah I think Can here him all the way down here in mobile AL.

 

The SPL is great, and the sound quality is even better. The Kappa's have a great sub, the sound is very tight, and they hit lows down to 18hz and have a sensitivity of 96db.

Well its actually elemental design's v1^2. It is practically the same thing as dynamat. Yea it really helps. What it does is takes vibrations out of metal and absorbs unwanted sounds such as road noise.

How long did it take you to install?

 

your screws are way too close together. if you took apart the box u would notice that all the mdf that was screwed into the end of, is split. i usually go at least 6" in between. in this case, too much is a bad thing.
