Its on the top of the truck. You cant really see it because of the sun.

Truck looks good.

My father mounted his CB in exactly the same way in his XLT. He has the same console. Pops Hardwired his into the rear power outlet. He needs to fix an engine whine issue, but he has had it that way for a while and likes it.

CB's are great when going on a road trip.

I have heard about traffic blocks and had the trucks tell me an alternate route around the mess. You hear some crap on there as well.
They are a lot of fun if you have a carpool going. When I was racing regular, had a buddy driving his truck/trailer and we both had small two ways. CB would have been ideal.
