Good luck whichever way you choose.so what exactly did you use, it looks like strips or maybe cut from a sheet?

They were cut from a 4x8 metal sheet that was 1/4' thick. I just traced out the dimensions I wanted and used a plasma cutter to cut the pieces out. I know a plasma cutter is not necessary but they are fun to use so that's why I did it. I then used a belt sander to make the edges nice and smooth. Bent them by heating up the metal and bending to the angle I wanted. Used some good ole spray paint to get them black and was done.
