Ford can't be that stupid to ever re-use that name.

And I will tell you the main reason I have decided not to get another F150 at his point is my truck (which is always babied and has never seen a dirt road much less be abused off road or raced) has 32,000 miles on it and in all honesty it feels like it has twice that many miles on it. The interior wear is awful for lack of a better word and the power and fuel economy has certainly started falling. I am just not at all impressed with MY TRUCK at this point. There is not a single thing that is wrong with the truck that can be fixed, its just not aging well IMO. I have had 2 Chevrolets and 3 Dodges that I put over right at 100,000 miles on and I can tell you I dont think this truck will be in near as good a shape at 100,000 as they were. The Ford may have a nicer interior initially but it just doesnt last IMO (again this is based on my truck compared to my past trucks...all black leather BTW). So with that said I am just looking at something other than a Ford this time. If you bleed Ford blue I am sure you will disagree and say the F150 is the only truck you would own and yadda-yadda and thats great, I am glad you are so impressed with yours.

Hmm..,
Not bad at all.
(GMC Sierra 2007 front end on my RegCab FX4)

(GMC Silverado 2007 front end on my RegCab FX4)

Even tough the Sierra front end looks very good.., still falls on the average and it will not stand out as much as the Silverado's, for example..., when there are several vehicles lined up facing front on a stop light.
Salutes

Is just the HeadLights and Grill.
I was shaky on posting this thread(just expressing my toughts) but people have reacted very well and objective on expressing their opinions too.
I will remove the chevy photos if that's disturbing for most of the users here

That is just like putting any other after market grill. I think it looks good. Once you change it from factory it doesn't matter where the grill came from. It's all about taste and I think it looks good and I say do it if you can!!!!!!!!!!

I too like the GM headlights, but not as much as the SD. Perhaps a SD front end would look best and wouldn't upset the home team
What's the over/under on the year the emblems will be hitting 18 inches? More crap for the bigger is better philosophy. That GMC emblem on the grille is disgustingly too big.

As to the original post, I think the new Silverado is ugly all the way around. GM would have been better using the Tahoe/Yukon styling instead of these new truck designs.

LMAO, dude these mod ideas on picture....takes guts to do this on these Fords with all the guys who have blind faith to a company that consistently done outstanding work.
I think they all look really good.
I'm going to laugh SO HARD when the refresh comes out next year because I seriously bet they're going to revamp the grill and hood to give a small "face-lift" to the F150. In some shape or form it'll look like one of your pictures.
