Question about Level not being Level

I have a 06 F150 FX4. I bought the AS 2" or 2 1/2 (cant remember right now) level, got it put on, and it seems now the back sags a bit, looks a little lower then the front. I was not expecting this, thought it would level the whole truck? I also tow on the weekends an enclosed trailer with atv's, and of course it sags even more with the trailer.

does anyone else have this problem, and is there anything I can do to get this truck level?

Also, do most of you run stock shocks with just the AS level spacer?

thanks much

Dawn

I'd add a taller lift block or an add-a-leaf to the rear.

will adding an add a leaf, stiffen up the rear so the whole ride is way to stiff?

I have a '06 FX4. I installed a AS 2.5" and at first, the nose was a tad high, but it will settle. Check out my gallery for more pics!

Yeah, It will settle pretty quickly. I had a ton of dirt in the bed the other day and I was doing a wheelie.

Nice truck btw!!!! It took a couple of days. I know other folks install a 1.5" AAL in the rear, but I did not as I do not haul or tow anything. If the nose does not drop by a week after it's been done, I'd check with the shop that did yours to make sure everything is indeed tight and that the alignment is true.

thanks....yeah, its been a couple of weeks now, i just called the shop, they are going to look at it next week, he did mention doing blocks on the rear....or add a leaf....so either i will just leave it alone, or do the other to the rear...

I did the skyjacker 1.5" add-a-leaf a week after the AS install because the 2" AS made the front look higher.
