Which tonneau cover and why?

I'm looking to buy a soft tonneau cover for my XLT short bed. I'm looking at two different ones, the Truxedo Lo Pro, or the Access Lorado.

Anyone have either one, and could tell me which one is better and why?

Thanks!

I have the Truxedo Lo-Pro and love it. I really like its low profile, so from a distance you can't even see that I have one. And also the fact that it has a lifetime warranty.

I went to a local dealer that carries basically every brand of cover that I have heard of Truxedo, Access, Extang, Lund, ect. I asked the owner of he dealership what he would put on his truck if he were to buy one, he said "how about I show you". He took be outside, and he had a Truxedo Lo-Pro on his Superduty. Then I asked why them over the others, said that it was because they have a great high quality product, just like the others, but they have better customer service.

Its just too bad that he couldn't come anywhere close to the prices that we can find on-line. I love to keep business local, but when there is $80-90 differance in price, money talks.

I have the Access Lorado, and I love it. Rolls up and out of the way in literally 30 seconds (no kidding), and with the bows sewn in, there are no parts to stick in the cab or bed, or whatever. It has tension adjusters to set the perfect tension (I've adjusted twice, based on seasonal temps). And it looks sweet, very low profile and clean lines.

I would look at Undercover, hard, fits great, comes off in 2 minites, 2 locks, covers tailgate lip, built like a brick sh$t house and will hold over 900 lbs. on it, yet on weighs around 50 lbs., not that I would load anything on it... but I can get my 275 lbs @ss on it and wash the roof....

What was the name of the covers which sit flush with the top of the bed and fold in 3 or more sections? I thought I saw a thread about that a little while ago??

I have the Truxedo Lo-Pro as well.
Rolls up right to the cab, doesn't bow up like most of the rollups, very low profile, and if installed correctly 100% waterproof. I even took it through the car wash with a couple hundred dollars of groceries in the back and not a drop.

Did anyone read his question?

I'm not one to be a jerk in forums, but I have to say, the original post asked about two SOFT tonneau covers.

Why even mention your HARD covers?

If I wrote a post asking whether I should buy a white truck or a black truck, and 50 people responded telling me why blue, red, green, or yellow was better, I'd be irritated.

If you don't have a comment that is relevant to the question at hand, move on.

All tonneau manufactures claim that they will increase your MPG by 1 or 2 miles. I myslef have seen a increase in my MPG's. Main reason though is on top of a tonneau, I have a CAI kit with a new exhaust system. Getting back to tonneau covers though, I think the Truxedo Lo Pro is a good choice!!
