Very sharp looking light guys. Might have to pick one of those up, it would go good with the Fire and Ice LED bar I installed last week. Plus if it doesn't leak, it has my factory one beat.

Thanks to RP for the write up! I just picked one up as well. I'm hoping this will look better than the OEM light on my Dark Shadow Grey Screw. One more question though? I noticed you said something about 1/4" gasket? What about it? Does this light come with one? Is this something you need to add? Also, those of you who have this light, any leaks yet? Thanks again!!!

It comes with a super thick aftermarket gasket. Which is awesome.

All in all, I think that the LED third is actually a BETTER MADE product than the stock. 10 very bright LEDs grab attention and demand a look when the pedal is tapped. Also, in all honesty, it seems like the cargo light is more focused towards the bed and not as scattered (although, I do have a lid).

I, personally, prefer the red look up there versus that of the clear/white look -- especially on black as the red is more of a 'darker' color and doesn't contrast nearly as much.

On a scale of 1 to 10...

Product 'out of the box' Quality - 10
Ease of Install - 10 (two screws -- how hard is that?)
Look - 9 (not a 10 because I'd like 1 more row of LEDs in there)
Improvement Over Stock (performance) - 8 (it definitely demands attention)
Improvement Over Stock (looks) - 10+

Two huge thumbs up on this one! Thanks for convincing me to pull the trigger!

Thank you for pics and comments on your install I also pulled the trigger tonight

I'm sure I'll love it! I mean? If it passes the RP standards/test, it's gotta be good!

Just when I think I've done my last mod for awhile, I read about this one lol. Had to order one, thanks guys it'll be an excellent replacement for the original. Now we just need some good tails like these to come out and we'll be set.

I'm thinking I'll just order one because I'm guess once a bunch of people on here start putting orders in, the price will start going up.

So you promise it doesn't look ricey when it's lit up?

Based on the pics that RP posted, it does not look "ricey" at all. I think it will compliment the trucks much better. The stock OEM brake lights have way to much clear/white on them. I think this is a sleeper type of mod that is indeed probably overlooked but does add to the appearance of our truck. I can't wait to get mine. It should be here by the middle of next week!

I think this should be one of the first things EVERY f150 owner should doo to their truck. the OEM brakelight just doesn't match the trucks styling at all.
