Best A/T for 18" FX4's

I am looking for some GOOD advice. I am looking to go with a 32"-33" tire for my stock FX4 wheels. What do you all recommend thats reasonably priced? I know the 18" size is limited! Thanks in advance!

I have the Nitto Terra Grapplers, and they are a really good tire. They ride great, wet traction is very good, and for an A/T they also do very well in mud. The Toyo Open Country alot like the Nitto, and actually I think they are made by the same company.

The Nitto's seem to be the cheapest but I cant find them in 33" size. Only
32" or 34". I am looking to spend $200-$220 a tire if not LESS!

a 325/60R18 nitto terra grappler ( same as the toyo open country AT) would be what you need

I found the 325/60/18 and 325/65/18 Kumho Road Venture AT KL-78. Are these any good? Theyre only $180 each!

dont look too shabby- looks like they would do well for mainly on road- minimal-modest off road- should do well in snow/rain. don't take them in the mud- unless you have a leveling kit, the 325/65R18 wont fit (thats a 35")

I dont do much off roading. Just the occasional trip through some low water. Right now I am on the stock 275/65/18. I have a 3" lift up front also. I am running 3.55 gears. So I have the choice of 325/60/18 (33.4) or 325/65/18 (34.6). What do you all think? The bigger tire is definately going to slow me down a lot huh.

well, its a relatively well mannered tire- the tread blocks arent like MT blocks or my xterrain's (which make a huge amount of rolling resistance) the 35's wil fill the wheel wells better, you will lose some low end accel. though not too bad i wouldn't think with that tread pattern.

I dont think I will have a problem at all with the tires fitting, its getting them moving with 3.55 gears that has me a bit worried. In reality its only an inch though.

exactly- you should be fine- heck if you've got a tuner, you'll have no problem- if you dont, and you think its slow, troyers got a group buy going-that will definitely cure the problem i'll turn my 35" muds half over at a light without effort cause of that xc2...

Should I worry about mounting a 325 tire on a 7.5" rim? I know its been done before. Can anyone who has it done give me some feedback...
