Check for blown fuses. I find it hard to believe that all those systems in all those codes had a failure at the same time that wasn't somehow related between all of them. Always start with the basics before anything else - it's the little things that kill.

And my other question is do you have O2 simulators? Your truck should run like *** without them, and that might be the culprit for the codes. Also might want to clean your MAF....

EDIT i know you are trying to figure this out, but please dont ask "anyone" when its only been 2 min since your last post.
EDIT #2 also sounds like it might be a fuel filter/ pump problem

Here is where i stand... ive changed the entire throttle body assemnle and the cam shaft sensors, fuel pump, spark plugs, ALL the coil packs and still the same old problem..
Two things remain...
1) I dunno where the throttle actuator is and would like someone to describe it for me... A part number would also help (5.4L V8 Triton FX4)
2) The 02 simulators??!? What are these and where are these... Where would they be located... A part number would also help...
Im sorry that ive been a pain in the ***! The truth of the matter is that the dealerships (2 in Kuwait) refuse to tell me what the parts are that are causing this and would like me to replace and return to all stock which would cost a bundle which i do not have...
Thanks guys! Appreciate all the help i can get!
That is quite a bit of trouble when it is probably a burnt fuse. Check your fuse panel, they have testing points on the top of them without having to pull each one out. Sorry to hear Kuwaits dealer is being an ***, I wouldnt' have thought any different.

Ahhh yes, the old P2106. Good luck getting any help with this one. Ive posted a couple times for help and no one knows anything. The local dealer here in Yuma, Arizona are filled with ****** that dont want to help. Its ok though, I only have to deal with that code when I go on long trips. After a couple days, it erases itself and you END UP PAYING $80 BUCKS FOR A SCAN THAT DOESNT SHOW ANYTHING!!!!

if the actuator is the same as the tps then it is a black plastic piece on the passenger side of the throttle body that has a few wires coming out of it and bolted to the rod that goes through the throttle body that the throtle plate is on

If your right , which i hope you are, someone at the dealership is going to DIE for the money they made me pay on spare parts?

Are the codes disappearing after you replace these parts? are you actually getting any results? I don't see how all those things went bad at the same time. I can only imagine that the only thing that would have given you that many codes at once would be where all of those sensors are connected.....the computer.....I'm guessing you have the ability to read the codes yourself? and you can reset the computer to see if they come back? If not, I would get a code reader and go from there.

I decided to disconnect all the wires from the engine, battery, PCM, basically all the wires i could reach! I then connected them one by one chacking if any had melted or fuzed togeather... I found one wire to be loose which was the wire connecting the starter.. I then reconnected all of them properlly and replaced what seemed to be a burnt airmass fuse as the FORD dealership handbook states on the fuse diagram.
Here is what suprised me.. When i started the car it idled normal... then as expected bogged down, died, kicked me in the crotch, screwed me over, pissed me off, and i got the liitle wrench sign.
I was like "SCREW FORD!! WHAT THE HELL DO YOU WANT FROM ME!!?!"
This is what was interesting... Read..
I reached down to where the fuses are and what do you know.. the Airmass Fuse thingy blew again... I checked the rest and none were burnt... I put a new one in again.. Same thing! WTF!?!?
Now this is what confuses me... The Airmass Sensor is the thing that looks like a card which you insert in the air intake above the filter which has a wire leaving it and going somewhere else... I didn't check that wire & i didn't replace the Sensor...
These are my QUESTIONS!:
- Can that sensor be burnt that it causes fuse to blow out!?
- Is it a possiblity that all that shuddering could have been because of this?
- What is the job of this thingy!? Why does it keep blowing up fuses?
Any help is appreciated because this is the last wrong thing with this lousy truck! If i fix this then i could write what happened to me and how i fixed it down and people won't face a similar problem later...

Speaking of PCM's, The F150's PCM is a bitch to analyse.. Takes years to check! Oh well... Back to the Hot blistering sun to repair whats left!
