Help!! Truck Died!!
Here's the story...
I have an 04 F150 5.4 3V V8... It's at 80000KM...
A couple of weeks ago i was getting my exhaust done and out of no where the car just boggs out at any RPM... When i start it up its ok... Then when i put my foot down at any RPM and hold, it just dies and i get this spanner sign in the Gauge area... I Took it to the dealership and they said that id have to return it to stock... (KUWAIT'S Dealer is a total rip off... They said to do that i would have to pay something that sumounts to about $4500... Its rediculous... I asked them what was wrong and they said that it was because my exhaust and intake were modded... BS! Ive seen tons of cars and trucks with double my mods with nothing worng...
My mods are Headers, Exhaust (custom), Volant intake, and a SCT Tune... Other that that nothing...
I asked for a report with the PCM codes so i could show it to you guys since ive solved all my problems here, and not at the dealership.
The codes are as follows...
P0010
P0020
P0102
P0135
P0138
P0155
P0443
P0446
P0645
P2006
P2106
I dunno what these are... I NEED HELP!!
ANY HELP APPRECIATED GUYS...
ALSO.. How do i get intouch with a FORD rep in the States to complain about the amount of BS they feed the customers at the dealership?!??!
Thanks guys...

P0010... A camshaft pos actuator circ (bank 1)
P0020... A camshaft pos actuator circ (bank 2)
P0102...Mass/volume air flow circ low input
P0135...Oxy sens heater circ (bank 1 sens 1)
P0138...Oxy sens circ high voltage (bank 1 sens 2)
P0155...Heated oxy sens heater circ (bank 2 sens 1)
P0443...Evap emission ctrl sys purge ctrl valve circ error
P0446...Evap emission ctrl sys vent ctrl circ error
P0645...A/c clutch relay ctrl circ
P2006...Intake manf runner ctrl stuck closed bank 1 A
P2106...Throttle actuator ctrl system forced limited power
Not tring to be a smart ***, please don't take it that way. But if you have made changes to the intake and exhaust and have a tune... The codes I listed for you looks to deal with intake, and exhaust. I could see a dealer not wanting to cover it. Try to put your stock goodies back on and unhook the battery to reset everything then if it still shows to act up take it to another dealer to get fixed.

If the little wrench light came on, then most likely the throttle acuator is the culprit. I have heard of a few of them needing replacement on the forum. And you have a code for it also. I'd clear the codes and drive it and see which ones come back, and go from there.

P0102 - MAF
P0135/0135/0138 - HEGO codes.
P0443/0446 - EVAP codes.
P0645 - A/C clutch circuit-something.
P2006/2106 - ETC codes.
Give all those codes, I'd start checking for blown fuses before anything else. I find it hard to believe all those circuits failed all of a sudden - find whatever's common to all those.
Throttle acutator? Whats that? Where would that be in the engine... Someone told me i should change my throttle body and some sensors may be burnt out.. as far as the exhaust.. Ive cut the cats since i was at 40000 and it just popped up.. Not to be a smart *** but the bogging down cant be all from the exhaust and intake.. I mean the car drives.. it goes up to 150 KM normally... So Im guessing its the acutator thingy.. Any feedback...
PS the codes i got were from the dealership..
Any help on this acutator thingy?! What i find weird is that when at idle, when just started up its normal but after i touch the accelerator it dies!

i dunno if the Actuator is the same thing as the TPS (throttle position sensor) which is going to be on the throttle body rod, on the oposite side of the cables. Should be bolted on to the end of the TB.
And my other question is do you have O2 simulators? Your truck should run like *** without them, and that might be the culprit for the codes. Also might want to clean your MAF....

EDIT i know you are trying to figure this out, but please dont ask "anyone" when its only been 2 min since your last post.
EDIT #2 also sounds like it might be a fuel filter/ pump problem

Please guys.. any help is reaaallly appreciated... you have no idea how bad the dealers are in this country.. They suck even more than the weather here!!
So is there still an accutator... or isn't there also? if its a fuel filter/ pump would it show up in one of the codes?
This is a breif description of what i felt from today.. Now say that your cruising at 120KM/H and your RPM is around 2,000.. Well mine does cruise at 120KM/H normally... but with one extra problem... the RPM fluctuates between 2,000 and 2,200 in around 1 second intervals... but if i push down on the gas a little bit more, the car accelerates normally.. if i let go of the pedal it loses power instantly...
Im hoping its nothing electrical... Although im guessing it is!

Check for blown fuses. I find it hard to believe that all those systems in all those codes had a failure at the same time that wasn't somehow related between all of them. Always start with the basics before anything else - it's the little things that kill.
