before anyone can help, they will want to know year of truck, 4x4 or 4x2, size of tires and wheels, whether it is lifted or lowered or stock.

The FTS 14" lift kit should do the job!

What wheel are you using ? If it is an aftermarket rim, how wide and what is the backspace measurement ?

Have you cut anything yet? If not you need to trim the back side of the inner fender liners. Do you have the factory fender flares? If you do, you need to make a 45 degree cut on them and you'll be good to go.

I disagree. The problem stems from an aftermarket 9" wide rim compared to the stock 7.5" rim. The problem is further complicated by an aftermarket rim with backspacing anywhere from 4" to 5" depending on which one he bought, compared to the 5.5" backspacing of the stock rim.

From all of my research and advise from this site, you need to stay as close to stock as you can in order not to have rubbing issues.

Dog'em is right. Its much easier to clear larger tires with stock wheels rather than aftermarket wheels, other than the chance of rubbing on the spindle.

Use a dremel.

I just told you where you need to cut. I'll load the picture of my old truck in my gallery and post it. Hold on. Okay here you go, of course this was before I smoothed everything and made the lines clean. I just wanted to make sure it didn't rub before I cleaned it up and wasted that time and effort.

Thumper, did you just trim the lip of the fender flare or did you go deeper and also take some of the fender well liner ?
