Rim Question
Rim Question
Anyone out there know of a rim that is chrome and a colored sim bead rim, like the Axis http://www.axiswheels.com/wheels/reg...regulator.html, I love the look of these rims but I am not messing with polished or machined finish.
Thanks for the help.

I don't know of any...
But I'll keep my eye out for ya. I did have a question for ya though. I was considering the rancho lift but was looking to do 35's with 20" rims. They say it wont work but I was curious after looking at your pics it seems to me it might, with some minor trimming?
Thanks,
Luke

I saw a truck on Ebay with 20" American racing Martix with 325/60/20 BFG AT which are 35.6" and they looked awesome. I have done some serious offroading (I mean having to get pulled out with an bulldozer, good thing it was near a construction because a F650 towtruck not only bound up his 8000LB winch but also got stuck trying to get me out
) with no rubbing at all.

No luck yet, I think I am going to put a set of 37X12.50X18 Bfg MT on my stock rims after I get my 3" body installed. I am starting a new clinic in NC and the wife would kill me if she saw that I purchased new rims. I think my truck will look very similar to it's current look only much bigger, so hopefully she will be none the wiser.

Haven't seen you around in a while

Do you happen to know what the backspacing/offset/width of the factory rims are? I like the look of the factory rims with 35's, like his truck. I'll be sure to post, when the time comes. It has been awhile, I frequently visit the site but I generally don't post that much. Because to be quite honest, the truck scene is still so new to me, I find myself not having the answers. And I definately don't want to be the guy that always says "your truck looks nice" or "looks good"
Not to mention that Penguin guy really irratated the chit out of me...
Hey TT,
You think that Stang could give my old car a run from a stop, roll or either. Lets see some pics.
