How do I get my fog lights not to flash when I lock my truck, If they flash everytime i lock my truck they arnt going to last long. I know I can turn them off manualy but I and just thinking about the few times I may forget.

I'm sure there's a way but, they're all tied into that circuit to 'flash' when the keyfob is pressed... obviously, the simple way is to push the **** in .... you already mentioned that though.

Hey Guys,

Just turn off the fogg lights before you lock the truck. When you turn it on and off it won't flash the fog lights if the switch is pushed in and in the off position instead of automatic.

That's what I've done and it works.

But then again I also sometimes just leave it in automatic. It shouldn't hurt the ballasts but it will hurt the life of the bulbs. Which will lower lifetime by a small amount but not enough for me to be worried about it. If the bulbs blow it shouldn't be for a long time and I'll just replace them.
