Anyone have a amplified Bozooka bass tube?

I have been thinking of buying a bozooka sub for my truck just to add some nice clean fill with a little punch. Plus I figure it would fit under the seat. Anyone have one? Anything good or bad? They make 100watt and a 200watt. SO I would try for more and keeep the gain down.

I had a nonpowered 10" bazooka a few years back. First installed in a 98 grand am and them my 01 escape. They make a seriously good sounding setup plus its a breeze to remove. If my seats could slide forward in the back of my truck I would definitely have a bazooka tube back there. I didn't want a powered sub just due to the fact that I didn't want the hassle of replacing a bad amp in that enclosure.

Edit: Sorry that was a 8" SAS not a 10" as stated above.

I don't know where you could fit even a 6 1/2" Bazooka in a Scab unless you put it in a seat or in foot space... Custom center console maybe...

I bought one and have it in the truck now. paid only $25.00 for it. I have the Bazooka EL-8A which is only 50 watts with a 8in sub. not very much sound but very simple setup.

BTW it does not fit under my seat. I have in on the floor behind the driver's seat and firing into the cab.

OK, I stand corrected. There's more room under that seat (no riser) than I thought.

I think you got me wrong Nate. You were right the first time. I was saying that there IS NOT enough room under the rear seat in my SCab to fit the bass tube. so it occupies space on the floor between the driver's seat and the rear seat essentially reducing the passenger space in the back.

An oversight on my part, and I stand corrected yet again. Apparently I stopped reading before the second sentence, doh!

I've found it much easier to install the Kenwood KSC-SW1 powered sub under truck seats than a Bazooka Tube. The Kenwood is flat and much easier to stow under a seat than the round tubes (Bazooka & Audiobahn)

Ive got the 6" Bazooka Tube with a RockFord Fosgate 100ix running it and it sounds great. I had to change the sub to a RF because I was really over powering it. Everyone that hears it cant believe its a 6". It does sound pretty good for the size and price.

How does this one sound?? I like the setup... I would like one with 2 8" subs in there, but I am sure it would be much bulkier... Plus, I didnt find one... lol

Do you have any pics of it installed? Does it fit well under the back seats?
