JLT Dyno Numbers
Hey Jay, no harm no foul.
I do have the XCal2 but I'm not going to mess with anything as I don't feel I am qualified to do so. I have confidence in my tuner to get everything to where it should be. I'll keep anyone who's interested updated as I go along with this.
One note about the AF1 I installed... Its the 3.25" intake which requires a custom tune due to the even greater increased intake capacity. This may have something to do with the "plug and play" you mentioned...

The JLT intake and AF1 3.25" intake require a certain tune to perform well. As it was put to me earlier if you are not using there (JLT)intake and there SCT/JLT tune together then all is not necessarily well and good. Same holds true for the Af1 and Troyer SCT tune. It is good info to know and I for one would like to see the results from both of the above members after the a/f ratio's are ironed out. Not as a competition but as a FYI thread..... Good info and thanks to both of you for sharing !
I am very curious, and very interested in results. I have to discount your credibility if you believe you're close to 270...nevermind I read it wrong. Closer is the keyword. Good luck with your dyno numbers guys, let me know the results of your dyno here in this thread..

Plug and play, no more back and forth to the dyno and tuner. Who ever tuned the truck above I would guess has tuned 100's of AF1's. No A/F should be that rich, not even with a emailed tune. Just my opinion.
What worries me is the 98% of us truck owners who take confidance in there tuner and never have there A/F checked. Many could be running around wat too rich or dangerously lean and not know it.
If NCSU didn't check his he would be getting horriable gas milage and run the danger of washing down his cylinder walls with that much fuel.
Thanks
