If you're not going to push the limits there is nothing to be concerned about, the ride with the bilsteins will be better than the rear Fabtech supplied shocks, but the Dirt Logic (swayaway) coilovers are quite nice on the other hand...no comparison to King's which can go on either kit. To answer your question, you won't notice a difference other than ride. The drop bracketry, subframes, etc are identical other than the knuckles and a few other small items. I would never lift an F150 again, ever with the intentions I have. It's funny I've broke down so often compared to the guys who claim they offroad to the point of abuse...give me a break. I love my F150 but it just can't hold up to the abuse as some call it, might start work on an older pickup to pull in tow to the OHV parks. The Fabtech was great until the steering rack snapped, and the Rize took care of that. What more do you want...other than coilovers. I'd go with Rize if I was dumb enough to lift this 150 again, it's a tough truck but was not meant to take what the avid wheeler intends to throw at it. You can certainly lift this truck and it will do fine but any serious wheeling and you'd better throw in the towel. I'm stressed right now so forgive my angry insertions but everyone likes to throw their opinion out there as the gospel, whom most have no idea what they're talking about. Some do but just read about their lift experience if you smell bs.

I can say that going from stock trim to lifted 8" and 35" tires, I cannot tell a difference in the way the truck steers at all. It is almost effortlessly.
