Anyone know what TSB #6-12-10 is for a 2006 F-150?

PCM reprogramming for DTC P0607.

It's an internal ROM error code in the PCM. The reprogram is to correct false setting of P0607.

The only time this code is really legitimately seen is when the PCM's software is damaged/corrupted or otherwise altered from it's factory configuration.
