I have issues........
There is a service message about it, I believe it is SM 17777. I have had the springs greased once on the first set of springs, the noise went away for 2,000 miles. When it came back the dealer put on a new set of springs. For 20,000 miles the second set was quiet. They greased the second set twice, and the noise did not go away either time. So now they are putting another set on this week. Mine do not squeak like everybody else talks about, mine make a clunk noise.
I got another set of leaf springs put on today and the noise is 100% gone. I should be good for another 20,000 miles. I am going to wash the truck tommorow and I will look at the sticker on the springs that has the part number and post it. Maybe the part number is different. The sticker does not stay on long so I do not know if anybody will be able to read their part number on their springs. To my knowledge they have not made a change to the springs, but they need to.

The part number for the springs put on yesterday is 4L3Z-5560-MC. And for those that think we may be over reacting (Kool Aid), my noise was not a little squeak. It was a clunk that got bad enough where I could actually feel it through the floor board.
Kool Aid, you may have been trying to be funny, not sure, don't take it the wrong way.
